KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit Produksi VI Balongan Cirebon)

Abstract
Employee productivity is related to a mental attitude that always holds the view that the quality of life today must be better than yesterday, and tomorrow will be better than today. Leadership can influence the behavior of subordinates so that they are able to cooperate by working effectively and efficiently to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to analyze leadership, employee productivity, and the influence of leadership on employee productivity. The research was conducted using a survey method with a sample of 45 people. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression model with leadership as the independent variable (X) and employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). Research concludes that leadership at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Production Unit VI Balongan Cirebon is considered quite good. Work quality is the highest dimension, followed by the dimension of level of social support which is in second place and the level of maturity is the lowest dimension of leadership. Meanwhile, employee productivity at this company is considered sufficient. Efficiency is the highest dimension of work productivity, followed by the effectiveness dimension which is in second place and quality is the lowest dimension. Leadership has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
