EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI MELALUI PEMANFAATAN RUNOUT TIME(ROT) METHOD

This study aims to explain and demonstrate the use of the Runout Time Method in scheduling production per group so that production is carried out effectively and efficiently from the use of available equipment or facilities. The analysis technique used is ROT (Runout Time) analysis using the formula: ROT = Current inventory / Demand per period. The results showed that the Runout Time method is a simple method in determining the production schedule or order of a group of items using the same equipment. The use of Runout Time can help company management to produce effectively, namely being able to meet consumer demand or potential buyers by preparing ending inventory in anticipation of a surge in demand at the end of the period. The use of Runout Time can help the company's management to produce efficiently, namely being able to use the available production capacity as well as possible without incurring additional costs and even saving production costs Use of Runout time can be useful for managing production quantities per batch or per item or per type or per batch to control ending inventory quantities that go beyond management policies.

In general, the potential of cultural heritage has not been utilized and developed optimally as a tourist destination, so this study aims to utilize digital technology for cultural heritage preservation by replicating, visualizing, simulating Especially informing the importance of cultural heritage to the public through digital media, in the form of digitizing cultural heritage or known as digital heritage. With information technology, digitalization of cultural heritage provides many advantages because it can store more data in digital format, thus increasing the opportunity to reach a wider community to access the existence of cultural heritage. Digital displays and multimedia representations will attract the attention of information technology users, raise public awareness and appreciation of cultural heritage, if properly developed into regional tourism assets. The method used is a qualitative method including observation of the preservation side (photo / video documentation) and interviews, while the development side of cultural heritage through analysis of the potential and problems of cultural heritage through the use of information technology for tourism development. The results showed that the digitization of cultural heritage as cultural heritage. Not only useful for preservation, but as a medium of education to the public. In conclusion, digital heritage involves the participation of academics, so that efforts to preserve cultural heritage produce information that is educational and academically accountable to the community.

IMPLEMENTASI MODEL CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN WRITING SKILL

The CTL approach is a learning concept that connects course material with real-world situations and encourages students to apply their knowledge to everyday life. This study aims to improve students' ability to write news items through learning using the CTL approach. First-semester students at 17 Agustus 1945 University in Cirebon in the academic year 2022/2023 are the subjects, and the research analyzes their response to the approach. The study consists of two cycles of four stages of activities and uses data collection techniques of tests and observations. Results show that the CTL approach successfully improves students' ability to write news items and elicits a positive response.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor kunci yang paling berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan manajemen proyek, serta bagaimana praktisi dapat menerapkan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor ini untuk meningkatkan peluang keberhasilan proyek. Melalui kajian literatur yang komprehensif, penelitian ini mengkaji interaksi antara faktor-faktor kunci yang meliputi komunikasi, kepemimpinan, perencanaan, pengelolaan risiko, kerjasama tim, adaptasi metodologi manajemen proyek, dan pengaruh teknologi informasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan dampak penerapan teknologi informasi dan adaptasi metodologi manajemen proyek, seperti Agile dan Lean, dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor kunci saling berinteraksi dan berkontribusi pada keberhasilan proyek sangat penting. Penerapan teknologi informasi dan metodologi manajemen proyek yang tepat, seperti Agile dan Lean, dapat memberikan dampak positif pada keberhasilan manajemen proyek. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan dan rekomendasi bagi praktisi dan peneliti dalam bidang manajemen proyek untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek yang lebih besar.

Manajemen kinerja merupakan suatu proses yang melibatkan penilaian, pengukuran, dan pengembangan kinerja baik individu maupun organisasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai sasaran yang diinginkan baik sektor organisasi bisnis maupun pemerintah. Manajemen kinerja secara komprehensif akan mencakup aspek perencanaan kinerja, pengukuran kinerja, umpan balik atau evaluasi kinerja, pengembangan kinerja, dan penghargaan kinerja.

Perencanaan kinerja melibatkan penetapan tujuan, standar kinerja, dan tugas-tugas yang harus dilakukan oleh karyawan. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yang tepat untuk menilai sejauh mana tujuan telah dicapai. Umpan balik kinerja diberikan oleh atasan atau pihak lain untuk membantu karyawan memahami kekuatan dan kelemahan mereka serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan. Pengembangan kinerja melibatkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk membantu karyawan meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan mereka. In making a choice when purchasing a product or service, consumers are not only influenced by the product itself but also by several other factors. As a result, purchasing interest in a product or service also varies. Meanwhile, business development in the future will be faced with increasingly fierce competition, as a result, whatever type of business, they will increasingly be asked to be able to explain their respective advantages in competing, both in terms of marketing and product quality. This research aims to analyze promotions, consumer buying interest, and the influence of promotions on consumer buying interest. The research was carried out using a survey method with a sample of 50 people. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression model with promotion as the independent variable (X) and consumer purchase interest as the dependent variable (Y). The research concluded that the promotion of AMH red ginger products at PT Distributionndo Sentosa Cirebon was relatively good. Consumer buying interest in red ginger products is relatively high. Promotions have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. This research has limitations in that the scope of the research object is limited to only one company and the regression model formulated only consists of one independent variable. It is recommended that future research expand the scope of research objects and add independent variables to the model formulated, for example service quality and customer satisfaction.

Implementation of the HR Information System is intended to increase the effectiveness of management decision making related to HR such as recruitment processes and procedures and training programs. Sensitivity to compensation for services provided can affect the performance of company employees. Payroll that is not in accordance with employee responsibilities can pose a big risk for the company. This research analyzes the implementation of human resource management information systems, payroll system performance, and the relationship between analyzing the implementation of human resource management information systems and the effectiveness of payroll systems. The research was carried out at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch using a quantitative approach with survey research methods, namely research that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and verified with the aim of testing the established hypotheses. The results of the research concluded that the implementation of the HR information system at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch had been carried out adequately. The performance of the payroll system at Pertamina UPMS III Bandung Branch is classified as very adequate. There is a significant and strong positive relationship between the implementation of an HR information system and payroll system performance. The performance of the payroll system is closely related to the HR information system.
